How many bags are included in each pack?

Our resealable plastic zip bags are normally supplied in packs of 100 bags. The quantity will always be clearly shown in the product title and description.

How are the bags measured?

Bag measurements are shown as width x length.

The length is measured from the bottom of the bag up to the grip seal. The small lip above the grip seal is not included in the stated size.

Because of the sealed edges, the usable internal space may be slightly smaller than the overall measurement shown. Please allow a little extra room when choosing a size.

Can I order larger quantities or buy in bulk?

Yes. Businesses, retailers and customers requiring larger quantities are welcome to contact us.

For orders of 100 packs or more, which is 10,000 bags or more, please contact us through our Contact Us page or use the website live chat. Please leave your name, email address, required size, colour or design, and the quantity needed.

We will reply with our best available bulk price. Qualifying bulk orders can also receive free next-working-day delivery, subject to stock availability, order confirmation and delivery location.

What are resealable grip seal bags used for?

Yes. The grip seal can be opened and closed repeatedly when the bag is used carefully.

How many times a bag can be reused will depend on what it contains, how it is handled and whether the plastic or seal becomes damaged.

What is the difference between clear, coloured and printed bags?

Clear bags make it easy to see the contents without opening the bag.

Coloured bags can help separate, organise or colour-code different items.

Printed bags feature decorative designs and can be used for packaging, crafts, gifts and general organisation.

Mixed packs contain a random assortment of available colours or a combination of coloured and printed bags, depending on the product selected.

Can I choose the colours or designs in a mixed pack?

Mixed packs are selected from the colours and designs currently available.

The exact assortment may vary, and the product photographs show examples rather than a guaranteed selection. For a specific colour or design, please purchase the relevant individual product option.

Are the bags food-safe?

Our bags should only be used for food when the individual product page specifically states that the bag is suitable for food contact.

Unless this is clearly confirmed in the listing, please use the bags for general storage, organisation, crafts, packaging and other non-food purposes.

Do the bags protect items from moisture and dust?

When properly closed, the grip seal can help protect contents from dust and light moisture during normal storage.

The bags are not guaranteed to be completely waterproof, airtight, smell-proof or suitable for protecting valuable items from liquids. They should not be submerged in water.

Are the bags recyclable?

Plastic recycling rules vary between local authorities.

Please check the packaging information and contact your local council or recycling provider to confirm whether this type of flexible plastic can be accepted in your area. Reusing the bags where practical can help reduce unnecessary waste.

Are the inch measurements exact?

No. Inch measurements are approximate and are included to make size comparison easier.

For the most accurate measurement, always use the millimetre size shown on the product page.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched on the same working day.

Orders placed after 3pm, during weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day.

What delivery options are available?

Our current UK delivery options include:

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 48: orders of £8 or more

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: £9.99

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by Royal Mail delays, weekends or bank holidays.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at checkout for £9.99.

Next-working-day delivery is also available free of charge for qualifying bulk orders of 100 packs or more, once the order, stock and delivery details have been confirmed with us.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return period.

Products should be unused, unopened where applicable and returned in their original condition. Customers normally pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns.
